Scope
These Terms govern use of the pre-launch website at navyla.app. They do not govern the future NAVYLA mobile application, user accounts, subscriptions, paid services, or application testing offered under separate terms.

About the website

navyla.app is a pre-launch informational website for the NAVYLA project. It may describe concepts, intended capabilities, and future plans for a digital travel and airport experience. The website is operated by RADU-IULIAN TODEROIU, acting as a natural person in Belgium, at Avenue Henri Conscience 94, 1140 Evere, Belgium. You can contact the operator at contact@navyla.app.

Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. Mandatory rights available to you under applicable law are not limited by these Terms.

Pre-launch information only

All descriptions of NAVYLA features, airports, maps, navigation, travel information, release timing, pricing, compatibility, and availability are preliminary and may change, be delayed, or not be released. Website content is not a binding offer, service commitment, product specification, or guarantee.

The website is not an airline, airport, air-navigation, or emergency information service. Do not rely on the website for live flight status, boarding, gate, security, visa, safety, or other time-critical travel decisions. Always follow official information from airlines, airports, and competent authorities.

Early Access

Submitting the Early Access form records your request to receive limited information about testing availability, invitations, and launch. The form may also ask questions about your travel frequency, airport experience, perceived usefulness of NAVYLA, and preferred airport. As described in the Privacy Policy, those responses may be used to understand traveller needs, prioritise product development and airport demand, and create aggregated or de-identified concept-validation statistics. Submitting the form does not guarantee an invitation, a place in a test, access to a product, availability at your preferred airport, a release date, or commercial terms. It does not create a purchase, subscription, employment, partnership, or other contract with NAVYLA.

We may decide whether, when, and to whom Early Access is offered, subject to applicable law. If a separate test or application is offered, additional terms and privacy information may apply and will be presented before participation.

Permitted use

You may access and use the website for personal, lawful, and informational purposes. You must not:

• use the website unlawfully or in a way that infringes another person’s rights;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, server, forms, or related systems;
• interfere with security, availability, or normal operation, including through malware, automated abuse, or excessive requests;
• submit false, misleading, abusive, or unlawful content through a form;
• scrape, copy, or reuse substantial website content for commercial purposes without permission, except where applicable law permits it; or
• misrepresent affiliation with or endorsement by NAVYLA.

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the website and its original text, visual design, graphics, logos, product concepts, and other content are owned by or licensed to RADU-IULIAN TODEROIU and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. NAVYLA is used as the name of the project and website. No statement in these Terms claims a registration that has not in fact been obtained.

You may view and make a reasonable personal copy of publicly available pages. No other licence is granted. You may not reproduce, adapt, distribute, publish, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from protected content without prior written permission, except as permitted by mandatory law.

Third-party content and links

The website may display third-party names, platform badges, or links for information. Third-party marks belong to their respective owners. A link or badge does not imply endorsement, partnership, or current product availability. We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their content, terms, privacy practices, or availability.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website or Early Access registration without notice. We aim to keep the website useful and secure, but we do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available access.

Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis for general information. We do not warrant that content is complete, accurate, current, suitable for a particular purpose, or free from errors or harmful components. Nothing on the website constitutes legal, travel, aviation, immigration, security, or professional advice.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where such a limitation is prohibited.

Subject to the previous paragraph and to the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of opportunity, loss of data, business interruption, or loss arising from reliance on preliminary website content, third-party links, or website unavailability. Any limitation applies only to the extent that it is fair and enforceable in your circumstances and does not affect mandatory consumer rights.

Our processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Our current use of cookies is described in the Cookie Policy. Both form part of the website’s legal information.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the website develops. The version posted on navyla.app will show its effective date. Continued use after a change means the revised Terms apply to future use, subject to applicable law.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Belgian law, without depriving you of mandatory protections that apply under the law of your country of residence. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear disputes; these Terms do not require a consumer to use a court that mandatory law does not permit.
